Where to Find Your AI Agent ID

The AI Agent ID uniquely identifies your AI Receptionist's underlying voice agent. ● It's shown as a field in the AI Identity card. ● You can find or copy it only when the Knowledge base is cofigured from your AI Control Panel, under the settings. Note: You'll also use this same Agent ID field when creating an Outbound campaign, in the Agent ID field — see Outbound Campaigns.
