2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not use the platform to transmit unsolicited communications, harmful content, or engage in fraudulent activity. You are responsible for ensuring that calls, SMS and outreach performed through the platform comply with applicable telecommunications, consent and healthcare privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this platform are the property of Marvic Desk or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business purposes.

5. Free Trial & Subscriptions

Plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start. After the trial, service continues on the plan you select and renews automatically until cancelled. Usage beyond your plan allowance is billed at the overage rate shown on your plan. Full details are set out in our Refund & Subscription Policy.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available 24/7, but service may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages (telephony, calendar, or AI providers), or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvic Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
