These two fields steer what your AI says and asks during an outbound call. 1. In First message (AI opener), write the exact line your AI should open the call with. 2. Use merge fields to personalize it automatically: {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{company}}. 3. In AI prompt / knowledge (per-campaign), describe the offer, the questions to ask, and how to handle common responses.
