What Is Messaging?

Messaging lets you connect external chat channels to Marvic Desk so you can "answer every conversation from one inbox," as the page itself puts it. Telegram is the first supported channel. ● Each connected channel appears as a pill at the top of the page (for example, telegram · @MarvicDeskBot). ● An Inbox tab shows incoming conversations from all connected channels. ● An Auto-Replies tab lets you configure automatic responses.
