Promotions let you run time-boxed offers — a seasonal discount, a limited-time deal — without editing your permanent Knowledge Base content. ● Temporary by design — each promotion has a start and end date/time, and stops being mentioned automatically once it ends. ● Kept separate from the Knowledge Base, so your core business information stays untouched. ● Can be limited to specific channels, or left open to all of them.
