How Promotion Start and End Dates Work
Set start and end times so your AI automatically stops mentioning an offer once it expires.
Updated 9/24/2026
Promotions are designed to expire automatically so your AI never mentions an outdated offer. ● Starts — when the AI may begin mentioning the promotion. ● Ends — when the AI must stop. Leave this empty to run the promotion indefinitely, until you switch it off yourself.
