How Voicemail Handling Works

Choose what your AI should do when a call reaches voicemail. 1. In the New Campaign form, open When the call reaches voicemail. 2. Choose Hang up immediately without speaking to leave no message, or Leave a short message, then hang up. 3. If you choose to leave a message, fill in the Voicemail message field. It's said once after the beep, then the call ends. Merge fields are supported.
