Following Up on Warm Leads and Callbacks

Use the Lead type filter on Outbound Results to quickly find every Callback or Booking intent lead and follow up personally.

Note: Combine this with the Do-Not-Call list in Contacts to make sure you never follow up with someone who's opted out — see Contacts → How to Add a Number to Your Do-Not-Call List.
