Understanding Your Notification Preferences

Settings → Notifications lets you choose how and when you're alerted about activity. ● Missed Calls — when the AI can't handle a call or a caller hangs up without resolution. ● New Bookings — every time the AI successfully books an appointment. ● System Alerts — account, AI status, or integration issues. ● Weekly Summary — a digest of calls handled, appointments booked, and performance metrics.
